Four of them – MIXvoip, CEL, POST and Rcarré, known for their great expertise in this field, responded positively and were not afraid to present their offer to everyone.  

This first national benchmark produced by OpenField aims to help companies to better choose according to their business needs, to understand them and to support them in their projects. « Especially since until now the studies carried out in Luxembourg have only been theoretical or economic, but they have forgotten the practical aspect for the client. » Massimo Russo, CEO of OpenField. 

This comparative study highlights their advantages and disadvantages. It analyses the technical and commercial offer of each of the service providers, assessing the quality of service such as their technical performance, the systems and technologies used, the offer of services and services while comparing the functionalities and technical characteristics as well as the price offers.  

The tests carried out revealed that the operators who agreed to participate in this study are, from a technical point of view, very good CloudPBX providers in Luxembourg, and guarantee a high level of quality. However, each of the suppliers has slightly different service offers with specific advantages and disadvantages.
