The Purposes for which ws use your data

In order to comply with the processing of your DGMP data, each processing operation must be justified by a specific purpose.

OpenField S.A. processes your data in order to provide its services, to answer your requests sent via the contact form, to ensure your subscription to the newsletter and your registration to our events, and to process your application.

How we protect your data

OpenField S.A. maintains appropriate organisational, physical and technical security measures to ensure a high level of security. Thus, OpenField S.A. ensures the protection of your data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, modification, disclosure or unauthorised access as well as any other form of unlawful processing.

In addition, access to personal data is limited to employees who are subject to an obligation of confidentiality and solely for the purpose of performing their professional duties.

How long we keep your data

OpenField S.A. reserves the right to retain your data for a period not exceeding (i) the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which we collected it (subject to legal limitation periods), (ii) the period necessary to comply with legal obligations, or (iii) the period required or permitted by law.

Tranfer of your data to third parties

Openfield S.A. does not pass on the data collected to third parties.

However, if OpenField S.A. ever transfers your personal data to third parties, our Data Protection Officer will ensure that appropriate security measures are in place to protect your personal data. In addition, OpenField S.A. ensures that it only processes your data with subcontractors who, in the course of performing their services, process your personal data in accordance with our instructions and the RGPD.

Transfer of your data outside the European Union

OpenField S.A. does not transfer your data outside the Member States of the European Union.

However, where applicable, OpenField S.A. will ensure that the transfers comply with the applicable international transfer principles of the DGPS in order to ensure the protection of your personal data.

OpenField S.A. undertakes to facilitate the exercise of your rights, where technically and legally possible. We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in any event within the time limits set by the GDPR.

In the event that OpenField S.A. no longer needs your data for the above-mentioned purposes and would like to delete them, you have the right to request a limitation on the processing of certain data when they are still necessary for the exercise of your legal rights.

Right of objection

You may at any time object to the use of some of your personal data for reasons related to your particular situation. We will consider your objection and comply with it, unless we have a compelling legitimate reason or for reasons of defending legal rights. However, when it comes to commercial prospecting, you can object for no reason.

Right to file a complaint with the supervisory Authority

You have the right to file a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission (“CNPD”) if you consider that your data are being processed in a manner not in accordance with the DGPS or if you have not received a response to your request due to undue delay.

Procedures we adopt in the event of a breach of your data

OpenField S.A. undertakes to notify the breach of your data to the competent supervisory authority as soon as possible and, if possible, no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of it, unless the breach in question is not likely to constitute a risk to your rights and freedoms.

We will inform you directly of any breach of your personal data by OpenField S.A., its subcontractors or any other third party acting on behalf of the company, without undue delay, only when the breach of the data is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms.
