How long does an OpenField diagnostic take?+
A complete diagnostic takes an average of 3 weeks, including deliverables and restitution. The schedule is adapted to your operational constraints.
How much internal time does it require?+
Very little. Interviews are scheduled around existing agendas. The average time requested from each manager across the entire engagement is 90 minutes.
Can the diagnostic be conducted remotely?+
We favour on-site presence for interviews and operational observation. Part of the analysis can be conducted remotely to minimise disruption to your organisation.
What happens after the diagnostic?+
The report includes a 90-day action plan. You can implement it independently, or mandate us for the structuring phase (strategic plan) or deployment.
Can the diagnostic be co-financed in Luxembourg?+
Yes. Several schemes may apply: Ministry of Economy advisory vouchers, Luxinnovation programmes. We guide you towards the most appropriate option during the first conversation.
