A deeper analysis, tied to investment decisions.

The new ambition of Fit 4 Digital: studies directly linked to business challenges. Technology is a means, never the starting point.

01

Understand

Start from strategy, processes, usage and maturity level to identify the gaps that really matter.

02

Prepare

Turn the diagnostic into projects ready for decision: target architecture, requirements, specifications, comparisons and scenarios.

03

Secure

Prioritise, plan and budget, with a clear view of resources, dependencies, risks and adoption conditions.

No tools to sell, no partners to propose.

Recommendations built in the interest of the beneficiary company, not in that of a vendor or an integrator.

What we do not do

  • No software or equipment sold: no development, publishing, resale, integration, deployment or maintenance
  • No vendor, integrator or reseller to recommend
  • No stake in the final choice: our only remuneration is the engagement fees

What we do

  • Study the need case by case, before any idea of a solution
  • Objectively analyse needs and market solutions
  • Compare scenarios, costs, risks and dependencies in full transparency
  • Trace the selection criteria and trade-offs
  • Clearly separate diagnostic, selection and implementation
  • Respect existing providers, without ever discrediting them
A usable decision file. Technology choices are tied to processes, expected value, internal capabilities and total cost, not to a predetermined solution.

Protecting the client's future, case by case.

The most suitable solution is the one the company can fund and absorb. Otherwise, it is merely an expense.

What you can fund

Financial means

  • Investment budget and total cost over time
  • Funding capacity and available grants
  • Expected return and realistic timeframe
What you can absorb

Absorption maturity

  • Stabilised organisation and processes
  • Team skills and availability
  • Ability to adopt, operate and evolve the tool
Example: for a growing SME, we recommended first clarifying roles and processes, then progressively deploying ERP, CRM and BI.

Nine families of studies, according to your real need.

We only address what serves your decision. The depth varies with your maturity and means.

Evolving a fragmented IS into an integrated platform

Challenges
Office tools diverted to manage several processes, no real CRM, limits in quotation and invoicing, insufficient HR and project integration.
Intervention
Analysis of the quotation, order and project chain, stock, human resources, customer relations and infrastructure. Recommendation of an ERP, a CRM and a virtualised architecture, with reinforced backup and security.

Intervention
Analysis of finance, customers, orders, purchasing, stock, reporting, infrastructure and digital presence. Recommendation of a structuring ERP and better integration of flows.
Outcome
A coherent ERP and CRM trajectory, processes, infrastructure, preparing functional requirements and implementation projects.

Integrating business processes around the ERP and modernising the IT foundation

Challenges
An IS split across several software packages, sales data poorly centralised, no structured stock management, weak reporting.
Intervention
Analysis of quotations and invoicing, accounting, purchasing and stock, planning and infrastructure. Scoping of the ERP extension, stock digitalisation, user rights and security.

What executives ask us.

Is Fit 4 Digital limited to choosing an ERP?+
No. The programme covers nine families of studies: digital strategy, change and adoption, infrastructure and cloud, data and BI, ERP and CRM, automation and integration, collaboration tools, documents and content, sector technologies. We address those that match your real need.
Do you recommend a vendor or an integrator?+
No. We compare scenarios on objective criteria, across the whole market, with no predetermined solution. We have no vendor, integrator or reseller to propose, and we respect the providers already in place.
Do we need to already have a requirements specification?+
No. Where necessary, we produce it from clarified processes. A specification written before roles and management rules have been stabilised is one of the leading causes of project drift.
What is the difference with Fit 4 Performance?+
Fit 4 Digital analyses your tools, your data and your information system. Fit 4 Performance analyses your strategy, your processes, your governance and your market. They are two distinct engagements, each with its own framework.
And cybersecurity or AI?+
In-depth cybersecurity and artificial intelligence studies fall under Fit 4 Cybersecurity and Fit 4 AI. In a Fit 4 Digital engagement, however, we can flag compliance and security issues affecting the information system.
Can the action plan be used to apply for funding?+
Yes, that is its purpose. It is delivered in the Luxinnovation Annex 2 format (priority, timeframe, budget, expected return, type of expense), written for a non-expert.
What are the rate and the duration?+
The daily rate is capped at €1,300 excl. VAT by the programme. The analysis is carried out on site, within a maximum of 6 months, according to a detailed quotation provided before the start.
